Coachford FC produced a superb performance away to Donegal side Cockhill Celtic after qualifying for the FAI Junior Cup semi-final following a 2-1 victory this afternoon. Luke Casey fired them in front in the 26th minute, but was later sent-off for a straight red which left Coachford playing with 10 men for most of the second period. Despite that setback, Adam Murphy produced a terrific finish from outside the box to double Coachford's advantage before Friel got one back for Cockhill. But, a resilient Coachford held on to record a magnificent and historical victory in the end.
