Over the coming months, starting April, a one day course in Emergency Sports Basic First Aid is planned for different locations around Cork City and County. All Clubs are invited to send as many people as possible from their club on this course to gain practical, everyday first aid skills which also incorporates sports injury treatment. The location and date depends on the number of people wanting to attend, so if your club has 7 coaches who would like to attend and a neighbouring club has 5, then we can arrange to come to a place of choice and administer the course. All courses are certified and last for 2 years from the date of completion. The course is run under the guidance and by a registered instructor from The Academy of Emergency Care in Sport, C.U.H.For further information and anything you might like to discuss please contact myself, Tony O' Brien on 0863578478 orwww.obrienhouse@hotmail.com .
