- Any team whose pitch is unavailable must procure a pitch to stage the game, if unable to do so the team must travel to their opponents’ ground and lose home advantage.
- All teams must give 14 days in writing, e-mails accepted, if they wish to have a free week end or any special requests for fixtures. Teams will be granted 1 free week end.
- Teams must ensure pitches are well lined, grass cut, and surface must be in good, safe condition.
- Ensure there is not a clash of colours, home team are advised to bring 2nd set of jerseys to avoid any clashes.
- Any referees unable to staff games must contact the referee Liaison Officer, Eddie Mullins, and must inform the league and the home team of details of any change.
