Tommy Mullins scored twice in the tie and again in the shootout as Central Rovers pipped Harp Utd in Sunday's City Challenge Cup game at Monard. The game ended at 3-3 and a shootout save by Paul McCarthy put Central on the way to a 3-2 decision.
